Tobacco Capital's Offer Most Faulty

Mehmed Dikme,
Minister of Agriculture and Forests
- Mr. Dikme, you have left angry the sitting of the working group for privatization of Bulgartabak because of a conflict with deputy minister Krassimir Katev. What has provoked it?
- I wasn't angry at all and there was no conflict. We have gathered to consider the two reports (that by Kredianstalt and Privatization Agency - ed.'s note) and mine. We understood that all candidate-buyers will have to answer additional questions. There are some 70 questions to be asked.
- The reports show that the data which allowed Tobacco Capital to rank first don't agree with the actual data in the offer. Will they be disqualified?
- So far I can only say that we have sent out 70 questions to all bidders. After they answer them we'll be able to give comments.
