Land Plots at the Seaside Put Under The Hammer
Bidding for sixty most attractive land plots near Kavarna resort at the northern Black Sea coast starts at ten levs/sq m
The Municipality of Kavarna organizes an advertised bidding for some most attractive plots at the seaside. These are the last unoccupied plots in the nearby village of Topola. The tender will take place on august 18 and August 25. The participants will bid for sixty out of the 150 unoccupied plots. Ten days before the tender, hundreds of bidders from Bulgaria and abroad came to try their luck, the reporters of Standart learnt. The interest in the tender is really high. Over 100 bids have been submitted so far at the Seal Estate Department of the Kavarna municipality. The advertised bidding starts at 10 levs/sq m and the bidding step is five percent of the starting price. The plots are 500 sq m each. The last bidding in Topola village started at 5 levs/sq m starting price and some of the plots were sold at 15-20 levs per square meter. The new digital cadastre showed some unoccupied plots in Topola village, sources from the Kavarna Municipality told Standart. The digital cadastre also showed about 30 unoccupied plots in the nearby village of Bozhurets. The bidding for the municipal plots will continue in the autumn.
