Bulgaria will train young Kosovar diplomats in the Diplomacy Institute with Bulgaria's Foreign Ministry. The training will be within a joint programme with the Foreign Ministry of the Kingdom of Norway, said Bulgaria's Deputy Foreign Minister Milen Keremedchiev who inaugurated the new Bulgarian consular service in Pristina on Tuesday.
