The Standart will make a unique present to 60 000 Bulgarian families for the biggest Christian holiday. The readers of the Standart will receive a cross from the Holy Sepulchre for Easter.The cross is a blessing and protection against evil for every true Christian, priests explained. A team of the Standart has left for Israel to take part in the sanctification of the crosses. They are made of olive wood in one of the most famous workshops in Jerusalem. The crosses will be placed on the slab stone on which the bishops will carry out the rituals. The whole ceremony will be documented and reported about on the pages of the Standart. The crosses will be transported to Sofia on board a plane of Bulgaria Air by the end of the week. The readers will receive them on the second day of the Holy Week - April 14, Tuesday.
