The crosses were sold out at early dawn in Plovdiv
Readers of The Standart shared their excitement: "I hope that the cross will help my children, who work abroad; I hope that they will come back home," exclaimed an old woman from Blagoevgrad.
"Even Romanians bought issues of The Standart, led by the desire to have a little cross coming from the heart of the Holy Land," newsmen from Rousse informed.
The newspaper sold by 7 a.m. in the cities of Sofia and Plovdiv.
"We haven't seen anything like that," said newspaper sellers from the city of Plovdiv .
The people who didn't succeed in getting a precious copy of The Standart yesterday, should not worry. The newspaper will release on the market a second edition with the special crosses. The commission has already been made and the special envoy of the newspaper is to pack up for a new flight to Jerusalem.
