Manchester United manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, plans to build a stadium in the central Bulgarian town of Gorna Oryahovitsa. The facility will host events in fifteen different sports and will have a big parking lot. Negotiations have started between Ferguson's representatives in Bulgaria and the town's municipal council, while Gorna Oryahovitsa Mayor, Mr. Yordan Mihtiev, is mulling over an appropriate form of this public-private venture to propose it to the municipal councilors for discussion. Ferguson's men may invest in Gorna Oryahovitsa up to 100 million levs (roughly 50 million euro), including the construction of an aerobatics facility, hotels and restaurants.
