Avigdor Eskin announced that in March 1-2 he met Frank Newman in Israel twice. During the first meeting FN told Eskin that according to his version about the hacking of Eskin’s mail in the autumn of 2007 was done by someone Eskin knows – “Sasha” who worked under the instructions of Denny Mysers, assistant of MCh. He sold the documents from the Eskin’s computer to MCh for 25 000 euro. FN also expressed his willingness of getting to know Moishe Mizrahi, who used to be head of the Department of Yahbal fighting the international crimes. Eskin organized a meeting for FN and Slava Palatnik, working for MCh. The conversation between FN and Slava Palatnik continued 4 hours.
FN told Palatnik that he is rally angry at MCh and is seriously afraid of him. On the other side Frank was told details about possible attack over him in London. In addition the office of FN was attacked and robbed. FN thinks that this has relation with the claim of MCh against him. The claim was deposited in Spain, where FN lives, by MCh lawyer Todor Batkov. The amount which MCh wants from FN is 20 milliard dollars.
Frank told Slava that the Spanish law enforcement authorities are investigating MCh, who is suspected of money laundering. During the investigation the Spanish police ordered the arrest of MCh in case he flies to Spain. It is known that on Thursday, March 5, the Spanish court ordered MCh to come to the country in order to witness against FN in the MCh case. Slava P. noted that earlier the Spanish police asked Yahbal for information about MCh concerning the investigations which were held by the Israeli law enforcement authorities. Slava P. considers that in case the Spanish scenario works MCh may be arrested in Spain, where he has to arrive if he wants to win the case against FN.
During the second meeting with Eskin FN announced that he is satisfied with the Yahbal contact. FN also expressed his willingness to cooperate intensively with Moscow, mentioning that they have been working in this direction for a long time. According to what Eskin said, FN considers that MCh is highly excited, he quarreled with members of his ex team, but even in this condition he is more dangerous than previously. His closest assistant today – Dmitriy Radishevski, who is living in London is in contact with office BAB. MCh will pay Dmitriy very little, according to FN, and he can be seduced at his side. FN is also sure that the work will be done basically in London. In his words, after FN worked in Switzerland, spoiling the “business about the Polish passport”, to find faults with MCh legally in Israel and deprive him of citizenship – this seems to be impossible.
