In Berlin, Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Boyko Borissov, and his Hungarian counterpart Ferenc Gyrcsany discussed the future of the Treaty of Lisbon
This is the highest prize, given by the European Taxpayers' Association. The award is handed to Bulgaria's PM for carrying out the tax reforms in Bulgaria, for the tax policy improvements, for his efforts and success in combating corruption and making the country's policy more transparent.
Boyko Borissov visited Berlin at the invitation of Germany's President Horst Koehler. State and governmental leaders from all over Europe attended the official reception, given by Germany's head of state at the Bellevue Palace in the German capital.
