Bulgaria is Russia’s favourite on the real estate market as Bulgaria occupies a leading place in the positioning for November 2010 of the Russian website Prian.ru, which places the destinations on the basis of searches for realties in the website. In November, 16,78% of all searches on the website were for real estates in Bulgaria. In July 2010, the percentage reached the record breaking 21,55%. As a whole, November is the month when the interest of Russians in buying real estates abroad drops down. The percentage difference between Bulgaria and Germany which occupies second place is 3%. Spain is the only destination in the Top 10, which registers a growth of interest in November.
