In the context of military and political partnership and cooperation it is expected that the issue of Afghanistan and future joint missions in the belligerent country will be on the agenda during the talks of Hillary Clinton with the Bulgarian top statesmen. Another key issue will most probably be the situation in the Western Balkans, particularly the Euro-Atlantic future of Bosnia. Bulgaria and the USA will insist on a clear-cut and detailed plan as regards the start and development of BIH’s accession to NATO.
