Qatar businessmen will use old building in Sofia downtown to make a luxurious SPA hotel, Regional Development Minister Lilyana Pavlova announced after the Bulgarian governmental visit to Qatar. Business interests of the emirate are directed to historic buildings situated near mineral springs and to acquiring or constructing of hotels out of Sofia. Qatar investors are looking for projects with at least 14% returns, Minister Pavlova explained. Concession on Balchik airport was also one of the discussed projects as well as investments in agriculture.
