Kubrat Pulev Receives Army Award

Bulgaria's Minister of Defense Anyu Angelov decorates Kubtar Pulev with an order for special merits

Professional heavyweight boxer Kubrat Pulev has become the most famous sergeant in the Bulgarian Army. Pulev, who is the reigning European Champion, received an order for Contribution to the Defense Ministry from Defense Minister Anyu Angelov.
"It is sheer pleasure for me to grant this award today, for we are now welcoming the European heavyweight champion in the ranks of the Bulgarian army," Minister Angelov said.
