Bulgaria's export for the EU has slumped by 8.1% y/y at the beginning of 2012 and it now amounts to about 3.3 billion levs, the national statistical institute said.
Romania, Greece, Germany, Italy and France account for 66% of Bulgaria's European export.
At the same time, the export from the EU for the first two months of the year has increased by 6.7% y/y up to 2.1 billion levs.
As a result, the foreign trade gap has reached 709 million levs against 154 million levs deficit for the first two months of 2011.

At the same time, the export from the EU for the first two months of the year has increased by 6.7% y/y up to 2.1 billion levs.
As a result, the foreign trade gap has reached 709 million levs against 154 million levs deficit for the first two months of 2011.
