The companies will pay no money for a period of between 6 and 12 months if they hire new employees. A new scheme of the EU program Development of Human Resources will be launched this autumn. The new initiative will cover all labour costs of the companies which employ new workers. Each month the EU subsidy will cover the salaries of the newly employed people in the size of the minimum insurance income for a certain economic activity or profession. The EU program will cover all insurance costs which the employee has to pay for the newly employed workers.
