Finmin Djankov Proposes 30 Steps out of Crisis“Within a couple of days Bulgaria’s cabinet will come out with a package of 30 anti-crisis measures,” stated Bulgaria Finmin Simeon Djankov in parliament. The package will contain ideas as to how to support business after the financial crisis is overcome. “We have to be united over the key priorities for Bulgaria’s economy,” Minister Djankov underlined. “Bulgaria’s state budget is balanced and everything is going according to plan. The second half of 2010 will be harder than the first,” Mr. Djankov explained. “The budget is austere due to the world crisis,” Djankov also added. He was explicit that the cabinet allowed a large budget gap in January, February and March just to help the national economy.
