Bulgaria's PM Boiko Borissov is N 1 not only in Bulgaria but in Brazil, too. Brazil?s future president Dilma Rousseff will first meet with PM Borissov today. Dilma Roussef will meet Mr. Borissov even before she swears in as Brazil?s president, the Standart learnt. At noon time today, Dimla Rousseff and Boiko Borissov will have a friendly talk in Brazil?s foreign ministry. PM Borissov's meeting with Dilma Rousseff was first scheduled for January 1, but Mrs Rousseff insisted to meet Bulgaria?s PM today. The meeting will be also attended by Brazil?s future foreign minister Antonio Patriota as Bulgaria's Foreign Minister Nikolay Mladenov.
