Professor Ovcharov with a New Find Dating Back to 15th Cent.
Bulgarian archaeologists, professor Nikolay Ovcharov and Hitko Vachev discovered painted in gold frescoes dating back to the beginning of 15th century. The frescoes featuring images of saints were laid in a tomb southeast from the royal church St. St. Peter and Paul under Tsarevets hill in the town of Veliko Tarnovo.
