Bulgaria's President and US Ambassador to Sofia to Seek Investors in the USA
Bulgaria's President Rossen Plevneliev will take part in a business tour in the USA. The trip will be led by US ambassador to Sofia James Warlick and Bulgaria's ambassador to the USA, Mrs Elena Poptodorova. This is the second successive business trip and it will be held between May 14-18. "The purpose of the so called road show is to succeed to attract US investors to come to Bulgaria. During last year's business trip we managed to attract a good number of US investors to Bulgaria," US ambassador to Sofia James Warlick stated at the presentation of the business tour. This year's business trip will travel to 4 cities - Austin, Los Angeles, Seattle and San Jose. The focus of the talks in Austin will fall on infrastructure and information technologies.
