Interests on Bank Deposits Hit 10 Percent
Bulgaria's Postbank has announced a ten-percent interest on one-month deposits opened by the end of the year. The minimum sum that can be deposited is 500 levs (about 250 euro.) At the outbreak of the global financial crisis experts said interests on bank deposits will grow over the ten-percent threshold because of the lack of fresh capitals in the banks.
