Russian Energy Bosses Visit Sofia
Gazprom CEO Alexey Miller paid a surprising visit to Sofia yesterday to meet Bulgaria's PM Boyko Borissov. The two discussed a possible increase in the transit fees that Sofia pays for exporting Russian gas to its neighbors. Rosatom CEO Sergey Kirienko is scheduled to visit Sofia on Friday. He is expected to offer Sofia's government a two-billion-euro loan for the realization of NPP Belene project.
