There will be broken clouds over Bulgaria today, which will gradually gather from the north and get thicker. In the afternoon, it will start raining in eastern and northern regions. Light wind from east-northeast, rising to moderate. Morning temperatures will range from 3°C to 8°C, up to 8-9°C along the Black Sea coast. Highs are expected to be between 10°C and 15°C, in southwestern Bulgaria, 17°C. Lows in Sofia will be 3°C, highs, about 11°C.
