The Last Rains and Snow

Morning in Bulgaria will be still cloudy, rainy and snowy. Gradually from the south the rain and snow will stop and by the evening the sky will get clearer. Clouds may break in southwestern Bulgaria in the afternoon. Weak to moderate wind from the east and northeast. Morning temperatures will range from -3 to 2C. Highs will vary between 1 to 6C, in the southwestern regions reaching as high as 7-8C. Lows in Sofia will be about 3C and highs will hardly exceed 2C.
