Sunny and Cold

The visibility range in Bulgaria’s lowlands and river valleys will be low, scattered clouds over the Black Sea coast are expected to disperse by noon. It will be sunny over the whole country with soft wind from east-northeast. Morning will be freezing – air temperature will fall to -15, -10 °C in the northern regions and will be below 9-4 °C in the south. By noon thermometers will measure -2 or – 4 °C. Lows in Sofia will be about -13 °C, highs will rise to -1 °C.
